Shipping

Goods will be shipped from Australia. The shipping rates used in this shop are taken from Australia Post and are weight-based. The checking out procedure will calculate the total weight of items in your cart and will provide you with the cost of any available postal options.

Subject to availability of stock, The Church Musicians will endeavour to fulfill your order within 3-4 weeks from confirmation of your payment as readily available funds. The Church Musicians do not guarantee delivery times as delays may be experienced.

If a title is no longer available we will notify you via e-mail and remove the title from the website.

Returns

Please note we will not refund items based on change of mind. If the product is faulty we will gladly exchange for the same product in working order.

If a product is bought for the intention of a gift we will not refund the product unless the product is faulty.

In the case that the product is faulty The Church Musicians P/L will cover the postage costs for return and re-delivery of the replacement product.

All Overseas customers hold the full responsibility of purchasing a foreign product and understand that The Church Musicians P/L will provide all customers with as much technical information on the product as given to them by their suppliers and manufacturers but do not take any responsibility if an item is purchased that is incompatible with devices used to play either their cds or DVds in.

This policy is in line with NSW Fair Trading Laws.
